This coming weekend — late Friday evening, May 10 until early Monday morning, May 13 — the only planned change diectly affecting service at local stations is that there will be no late night/early morning service in either direction at Court Street or at the N/R platforms at Jay Street-MetroTech, as N trains will be re-routed in both directions via the Q line between DeKalb Avenue and Canal Street, and R trains will not be running in either direction between Whitehall Street-South Ferry and Atlantic Avenue-Barclays Center. All other lines serving local stations should, barring the unforseen, be running normally, except that 2 trains will be on a reduced schedule — every twelve minutes.
The following work week — Monday morning, May 13 through Friday evening, May 17 — late nights Monday to Tuesday and Tuesday to Wednesday there will be no service in either direction at Clark Street or at the 2/3 platforms at Borough Hall, as 2 trains will not be running in either direction between Chambers Street and Atlantic Avenue-Barclays Center, and 3 trains do not serve Brooklyn late at night. All late nights there will only be N service at Court Street and the N/R platforms at Jay Street-MetroTech, as R trains will not be running in either direction between Whitehall Street-South Ferry and 59th Street-Brooklyn.
The latest on the opening of the Cadman Plaza West entrance to the High Street A/C station is that the escalator repair should be completed by “early summer.”
