For the entire Labor Day weekend, late Friday evening, September 2 to early Tuesday morning, September 6, there will be no Brooklyn bound service at High Street, as A and C trains will be diverted to the F line between West 4th Street-Washington Square in Manhattan to Jay Street-MetroTech in Brooklyn. From late Friday evening to early Monday morning, September 5, there will be no 3 train service in either direction. During this time, 2 trains will make all 3 stops in both directions between Franklin Avenue-Medgar Evers College in Brooklyn and 135th Street in Manhattan, and 4 trains will make 3 stops in both directions between Atlantic Avenue-Barclays Center and New Lots Avenue.
The following work week, only during late nights to early mornings from Tuesday, September 6 to Friday, September 9 there will again be no Brooklyn bound service at High Street, as A and C trains will be diverted to the F line between West 4th Street-Washington Square in Manhattan to Jay Street-MetroTech in Brooklyn. This will continue through September. During these same late nights to early mornings there will be no 4 train service in either direction between Brooklyn Bridge-City Hall in Manhattan and Brooklyn or in Brooklyn. For service to or from Manhattan use 2, 3, A, or N trains. 2 and 3 trains will be making all 4 stops from Borough Hall to Franklin Avenue-Medgar Evers College, and 3 trains will continue to and from New Lots Avenue.
