Just like last weekend, this coming weekend, late Friday, October 22 to early Monday, October 25, there will be no service in either direction at the 4/5 platforms (5 trains do not normally serve Brooklyn on weekends) at Borough Hall, as 4 trains will be terminating and originating at Bowling Green in Manhattan. 2 and 3 trains should be running normally and, for those travelling to or from Brooklyn, 3 trains will take the 4 line between Franklin Avenue-Medgar Evers College New Lots Avenue. There will be no Brooklyn bound service at High Street, as Brooklyn bound A and C trains will both be diverted to the F line between West 4th Street in Manhattan and Jay Street/MetroTech in Brooklyn. For A/C service from Manhattan you can use the York Street station in DUMBO. To get here from lower Manhattan you can also use the 3, R. or N train. F, G, N, and R trains should be running normally.
The following work week – Monday morning, October 25 through Friday evening, October 29 – each late night to the following early morning there will only be Manhattan bound service at Court Street and at the N/R platforms at Jay Street/MetroTech. Use 4 trains as an option.
These are the PLANNED service changes for the coming weekend and following work week. If you’re planning to take a train not affected by these planned changes, we urge you to first check New MTA Info to see if there are any unplanned service disruptions.
