The 6th Annual 4th Window Concert will take place at the corner of Henry and State Streets at 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, May 17. Music on the program includes works by Billy Joel, the Beatles, the Black Keys, the Grateful Dead, and others. “It’s live and it’s free,” says William Schwartz (see this week’s OTW).
