The brown paper has come down from the windows at Aficionada, the final in the trio of eateries that replaced Chez Henry at 60 Henry Street. No word on opening or whether it will follow the "business plan" of Food Maestro which opened for several days but has been closed for several weeks.
UPDATE: Food Maestro was open for business Saturday night.
