This weekend, late evening Friday, November 15 to early morning Monday, November 18, will be a repeat of last weekend. There will be no service at the 4/5 platforms at Borough Hall, as 4 service to and from Brooklyn will be suspended and 5 trains do not serve Brooklyn on weekends. 2 and 3 trains should be running normally and, for those traveling to and from Brooklyn, 2 and 3 trains will make all 4 stops between Borough hall and Franklin Avenue-Medgar Evers College, and 3 trains will be making all the stops from Franklin Avenue-Medgar Evers College to New Lots Avenue normally served only by 4 trains. Those traveling to or from the East Side of Manhattan can change between the 4 or 5 and the 2 or 3 at Fulton Street. All day Saturday and Sunday C train service will be suspended (C trains do not run late at night), but A trains should be running normally. Be aware, though, that A trains serving Brooklyn this weekend will originate and terminate at West 4th Street-Washington Square. Those traveling to or from the West Side of Manhattan can transfer between the A and the 2 or 3 at Fulton Street.
The following work week, Monday, November 18 through Friday, November 22, there are numerous late night service changes. Late nights Monday to Tuesday and Tuesday to Wednesday there will be no service at Clark Street or at the 2/3 platforms at Borough Hall, as 2 train service will be suspended between Chambers Street and Atlantic Avenue-Barclays Center, and 3 trains do not serve Brooklyn late at night. At Court Street, and at the N/R platforms at Jay Street-MetroTech, late nights Monday to Tuesday through Wednesday to Thursday there will be only Brooklyn bound N train service, as Manhattan bound N trains will be re-routed to the Q line from DeKalb Avenue to Canal Street, and late night R train service will be suspended all week. Late Thursday to Friday night there will be only Manhattan bound N train service at these stations, as Brooklyn bound N trains will be re-routed to the Q line from Canal Street to DeKalb Avenue.
