Star Chef Charlie Mitchell of Clover Hill Featured on the Today Show

The Today Show featured Chef Charlie Mitchell of Clover Hill last week, touting the Chef as the first and only Black Michelin-starred chef in New York City and only the second Black chef in the country to earn the accolade. Chef Charlie is also the first and only chef in Brooklyn Heights to win a Michelin star. He not only scored the Michelin “New York Young Chef” award, he’s also a semi-finalist for the James Beard “Emerging Chef” award.
