Gage & Tollner Re-Opening Delayed

Those of us who have been eagerly awaiting the re-opening of Gage & Tollner are going to have to wait a little longer. Covid-19 strikes.

It’s with heavy hearts that we share the news that Gage & Tollner will not re-open as planned today, March 15. Our excitement and eagerness to reopen this beautiful, historic restaurant pales in comparison to the weight of responsibility we feel towards our community. So long as we’re at the helm, the health and safety of our team and our guests will always be our top priority, above all else. While causing plenty of havoc right now, COVID-19 will not affect our long-term plan at all. Gage & Tollner has already survived two World Wars, the Great Depression, the Spanish flu epidemic, and Prohibition — it will survive this as well. We will re-open Gage & Tollner as soon as we feel it’s the responsible thing to do — and when we do, what a magnificently grand re-opening it will be. If you would like to help support Gage & Tollner and our insanely hardworking staff during this difficult period, please visit our online shop to purchase a tote bag or gift certificate to be redeemed during future visits.
