Kids’ Day at the Cat Cafe

This Saturday, February 18th, the Brooklyn Cat Cafe will welcome kids (and of course kits) for a reading with author Max Goodman from 11 am to 3 pm.
Goodman will read from his book The Secret Life of Lilykins at noon and at 2 pm, and other activities will include cat-themed crafts, games, and pictures with the Cafe’s own Lilykins. You can also buy (or win) a signed copy of Goodman’s book, which celebrates cats and the humans who love them.
Admission to the Brooklyn Cat Cafe is $5 for every 30 minutes with all entrance fees going to support Brooklyn Bridge Animal Welfare Coalition, the nonprofit animal rescue that runs the space. Participation in Kids Day activities is complimentary with admission. Children under 3 are free and all the cats are up for adoption. Reservations are recommended, but not required and can be made online at www.CatCafeBK.com.
Follow the Brooklyn Cat Cafe on Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.
