Your Weekend Subway, “Advisory”

Dan as Chimp

Important subway weekend travel news for Brooklyn Heights and nearby neighborhoods:

The 2: There will be no downtown service at the Clark and Hoyt Street stations in Brooklyn, and no downtown service at the Park Place, Wall and Fulton Street stations in Manhattan. The downtown 2 is running on the 4 line between 149th Street in the Bronx and Nevins Street in Brooklyn.

The 3: The 3 just ain't running through Brooklyn, with no service between 14th street in Manhattan and New Lots Ave in Brooklyn.

The A: Running local between 168th street in Manhattan to Euclid Avenue in Brooklyn.

The C: Not running at all. Take the A and deal with it.

The F: Brooklyn-bound trains skip York Street in Brooklyn, as well as 2nd Ave, Delancey St, East Broadway, and Broadway/Lafayette in Manhattan.

The N, R: Manhattan-bound trains are being "rerouted" over the Manhattan Bridge from DeKalb Ave to Canal Street. No Manhattan-bound Service at the Court and Lawrence Street stops in Brooklyn, and no Manhattan-bound service at Whitehall, Rector and City Hall in Manhattan. Take the nearest 4 stop and transfer to the N or R at Canal St.
