Liquor license in place. located in Brooklyn Heights less than a half mile from New Nets Arena and condo development. The restaurant is also next to several high-end, high rise residential condo developments. This area is booming and this business will flourish in the next few years.
Sadly, the owner has to sell because "illness forced retirement".

    You can’t be 1/2 mile from the planned arena and be in Brooklyn Heights at the same time, Bond Street is about 1/2 a mile west of the Arena. Court Street is about a mile from the arena.

    One of the theories is that it is one of the restaurants on Atlantic Avenue. The “New Nets Arena and condo developments” covers more ground than the arena itself, it could be a 1/2 mile to the edge of it.

    Looks like it might be Mexicali on Court and Atlantic…

    yeah, it’s mexicali, good place, someone should snap it up and keep it just as it is cause they have a good thing going.

    indeed, mexicali …. south of atlantic ergo not technically heights.

    with lobo and pacifico nearby, they need(ed) to step up the quality a bit if you ask me.
