Lecture on Co-Op Shareholders’ and Tenants’ Rights at Brooklyn Bar Ass’n This Evening

This evening (Monday, January 13) there will be “an informational lecture on co-operative apartments and the rights of shareholders and renters under the Martin Act and New York State Constitution in New York City” from 6:00 to 7:30 at the Brooklyn Bar Association, 123 Remsen Street (between Clinton and Henry). “Topics will include leases, dealing with sponsors, co-op board elections and assessments.” All are invited, and admission is free, but reservations are recommended.
