A reader offers the following opinion:
[We] were talking a few weeks ago at the Christmas Party about those horrible blue Christmas trees, disguised as Hanukkah bushes, which were on display at Borough Hall and at the Promenade this year…
I hate those blue trees — the ugliest ever! The lights were thrown on in a huge mess – terrible.
Have the Menorah and have the Christmas tree be what it is meant to be — a Christmas tree, not a Hanukkah bush in disguise.
So, what think you? Has ecumenicism crossed the line, or do you approve of a blue Christmas?
