We saw sticker shock when Brown Harris Stevens listed the furnished carriage house at 21 Grace Court Alley for $11,500 a month in September 2012. Apparently someone else saw… home. We noted that lights are on in the 3-story unit Tuesday evening, and a neighbor confirmed that folks have moved in, indeed willing to pony up $138,000 a year.
The carriage house at the end of the alley offers three bedrooms, 1.5 baths and six rooms total, with parking, central AC, skylights, a fireplace, W/D and three outdoor areas. BHS said in its listing (which has been removed): “Beautifully appointed and lavishly furnished. A wonderful home with a spectacular eat-in kitchen, dining room and beautiful living space. Built for elegant living, entertaining and privacy.”
