The Jewish Press reports today on what can certainly be considered a miracle. Back in February, LICH’s Dr. Alan Shulsinger found a pair of Tefillin (black leather prayer boxes) and Tallis (prayer shawl) in the trash on Henry Street near Atlantic. The Schulsinger reached out to Congregation B’nai Avraham’s Rabbi Aaron Raskin to help him find the owner of these sacred items. Amazingly, they did. [Full story]
