Brooklyn Women’s Exchange Back from Holidays
Brooklyn Women’s Exchange has re-opened following summer vacation. The Exchange, located at 55 Pierrepont Street, between Henry and Hicks, has just completed an extensive interior redesign: The Exchange is a not-for-profit market for handcrafted goods, many made by local artisans, including children’s clothing, toys, pottery, decorative pillows, soaps and lotions, sachets, and the like, as well as books of local interest (the last including children’s books by local author and artist Melanie Hope Greenberg). It is open Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday 11:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M., Thursday 11:00 A.M. to 7:00 P.M., and Saturday and Sunday 11:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.
