While Brooklyn Heights may boast the likes of residents Paul Giamati, Björk, Lena Dunham, Nate Silver and a boatload of writers & artists, more celebs are setting up house in South Brooklyn—Cobble Hill, Park Slope, and Boerum Hill. The latest is Oscar-nominated actor/writer Ethan Hawke, who has ditched digs in Chelsea and bought a townhouse on Dean Street in Boerum Hill, according to The Real Estalker.
Also in Boerum Hill are actress Keri Russell and three-time Oscar nominee Michelle Williams. British writer Martin Amis and Norah Jones call Cobble Hill home. And Sarah Jessica Parker & Matthew Broderick are still in the midst of relocating in side-by-side townhouses on the border of Cobble Hill and the Heights.
