It’s the second Wednesday of the month, and you know what that means: Community Board time! Tonight’s meeting will be held at 6 p.m. at Congregation Mount Sinai at 250 Cadman Plaza West, between Tilary and Clark Streets. Presentations include information about the launch of the Fulton Street Business Improvement District and information about a new visitor’s center at the Brooklyn Navy Yard.
