The New York Daily News reveals in its Confidential column that A-list celebs Penelope Cruz and Javier Bardem were spotted apartment hunting in Brooklyn Heights.

NYDN: Penelope Cruz and Javier Bardem were recently spotted apartment-hunting in Brooklyn Heights. The duo were looking at One Brooklyn Bridge Park, at 360 Furman St., where they checked out a duplex town home with five bedrooms, five bathrooms and 20-foot ceilings. Priced at $4.9 million, “tt’s on the waterfront” in Brooklyn Heights, a source tells us.

    If you take the “Heights” part of “Brooklyn Heights” to designate altitude, then “on the waterfront in Brooklyn Heights” is oxymoronic.

    But I suppose reasonable people may differ as to whether 1BBP is “in” the Heights.

    I wonder if One BBK is only considered Brooklyn Heights if you live higher than, say, the 5th floor?
