This notice of a CB2 public hearing  has been posted at the site formerly known as Palmira’s [41 Clark Street] announcing Tea Lounge’s application for a liquor license at that location.  BHB broke the news in March that Tea Lounge’s Jonathan Spiel was eyeing the location and was hopeful that he could strike a deal with the building’s management.

CB2 will hold a public meeting on this and other issues at 6PM on 7/27 at LIU’s Jonas Board Room at Flatbush and DeKalb.
