The event will feature free refreshments, a cookout, ice cream, and more, including free police bicycle registration. The Gowanus Wildcats Drill Team, 84th Precinct Explorer Scouts, and the NYPD Auxiliary Band will perform, and precinct officers and local elected officials will be present.
