Big Accident on BQE in Brooklyn Heights

This dispatch and photos came in from Matthew Parker this afternoon: Queens bound Traffic has been completely stopped for 45 minutes. Multiple-vehicle collisions, including a mini schoolbus with kids. One oil tanker involved that was punctured and leaking. Several passenger cars also involved. Three ambulances taking away injured drivers and passengers. Some injuries look serious. […]

Packer Pumpkin Patch Fun

As we approached the Packer Pumpkin Patch on Joralemon Street today, a toddler was begging his Dad to let him stay.  His cries of  “…but I don’t want to go home”   faded away in the distance  while  we snapped these shots of today’s funrdaiser for the Packer Collegiate Institute.

Martha Stewart Visits Brooklyn Flea and That’s a Good Thing

Our pal PezzKandy caught this pic of Martha Stewart filming her TV show  at the Brooklyn Flea in DUMBO today.   Reports earlier this week suggested she’d be hitting Saturday’s flea in Fort Greene but we guess yesterday’s weather moved the whole shebang to our neck of the woods today.
