Then, too, one DOES know where to catch a Blue, Red or Green nearby.

And if you’re color-blind…

Not sure – but think it IS likely – that this change in service IS slated to happen AGAIN the weekend of 5/5-5/7.

Also, I don’t know whether this service might be of interest to others – and/or whether it’s more accurate/complete than the link Claude provided, but . . . FWIW:

for unplanned service changes that may affect local service or service on other parts of your trip” – but Claude, you let me down yesterday. (Fortunately, on the “tail end” of a trip.)

STAND WARNED – the “yellow” line (“R,” for sure) is weekend bypassing Court/BoroHall when coming from Manhattan. To make matters worse, it’s bypassing Lawrence AND Dekalb, too, … so one arrives at Atlantic Avenue more than a little discombobulated. (But you do go underground off the Manh. Bridge for what seemed like 10 minutes to wise you up, if you’re paying attention.)

Not my first time with that “glitch,” of course, since the tunnel in question must have been o-o-s for 3 years or more post-Sandy, and after one of the longer in-station walks, one can catch a 2-3 or 4-5 back to the Heights.
