    If you look at attached video, start at 1:18 and you will see a few pictures of the stairs you are referring to going from Columbia Heights mansions down the slope. These stairs were not open to the public but rather used by mansion residents to access their gardens/plantings.

    I see. Anyone with an anti violent criminal or pro police viewpoint is immediately a hate monger. Well, yes, I hate evil, things which are destructive to our country, abuse to the elderly.

    And unpopular or “hate” speech under our precious constituttional rghts IS free speech.
