Something I’ve wondered about,and it might ave been discussed here before, but does anyone know anything about that dilapidated house with the crumbling yellow-awning porch that stands about halfway down the Promenade? It’s sort of an added-on shack to the house proper that’s literally falling apart? Doesn’t really seem like it would be that much of a clean-up, just rip that rotting old wood off the so-called “porch.” But I figure there must be a story behind it…
