Comments on: Pedestrian Critically Injured Near BBP Entrance At Old Fulton Street http://brooklynheightsblog.com/archives/54088 Dispatches from America's first suburb Sun, 05 May 2024 21:23:00 +0000 hourly 1 http://wordpress.org/?v=4.2.2 By: David on Middaghhttp://brooklynheightsblog.com/archives/54088/comment-page-1#comment-531757 Sat, 19 Jan 2013 07:23:50 +0000 http://brooklynheightsblog.com/?p=54088#comment-531757 That area is awful for pedestrians. Unfortunately, the Squibb Park Bridge is nowhere near 60 Old Fulton (different auto repair shop), and won’t help anyone trying to cross Old Fulton to ride the carousel or toss bones before Jane’s Monolith.

But the NBC link didn’t even mention the entrance to the park, so perhaps this poor fellow was just seeing about an auto repair when he was pinned to the wall.

Although the residents of Cranberry and Middagh won’t like it, when the Squibb Park ramp is done, people need to be encouraged to take that route.

Hope the person injured recovers quickly.
