3) Clean-up all waste created by the shoot.

>> Which means take it with you. It doesn’t mean look for the nearest trash cans and stuff your waste into it so the owner/tenants of the building can’t use them. That happened once to my building after a film shoot on the block. We knew it was them because there were a bunch of stickers with the film catering company’s name on them. We called the city because they had already left, but no one came to look and the trash was taken away a couple of days later. Maybe it was just an isolated incident with a lazy clean-up crew.
